SAP Success Factor Consultant & Senior Consultant (Band II & III)

Job Description : SAP Success Factor Consultant

 Defining / implementing Integration solutions between SAP Success Factor and
any 3rd Party HR or Payroll systems
 In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factor, SAP HCM, Success Factor -Success
Factor integration techniques
 Solution Architecting / Estimating Success Factors projects

Candidate profile:
 Graduate/Engineer/PG (MBA)
 SAP certification will be an advantage
 Location : Ready to work in any location in India & abroad
 Preferably age group of 23-29

 Between 2 – 3 years of SAP experience.
 Implementation experience with at least 1full lifecycle in Success Factor
 Preferably 1-2 years domain
 Preferably worked with Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry
SAP Success Factor Implementation:
 Success Factorswork experience of minimum 2 years with at least 1 end to end
Implementation experience of Employee Central/Recruitment Management &
Goal Management & Performance Management/ Learning /Compensation
 Certified in Employee Central, Performance Management, Goal Management or
Recruitment Management.
 Expertise in Success Factors Project management methodology & deliverables
 Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client
requirements and standard Success Factors Employee Central Solution
 Understands Recruit to Retire processes, Talent management ,Payroll &
benefits administration
 Understands the overall technical goals of the business and theSuccess
Factorshardware and software inventory and capabilities
 System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration
Workbook/ Business Blueprint Strong XML Knowledge
 Expertise in integrating the solution with Success Factors / SAP or 3rd party
HRIS & solutions
 Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
 Provide Project Team Orientation & Train the user communities (End users
/Super Users)
 Experienced in managing high volume data migration efforts
